Nowadays many people suffer from obesity that leads to serious health issues. I completely agree that being overweight can cause diseases and below I explain my point of view.
One of the most common reasons why people are overweight is due to the popularity of junk food. Ordering fast food is a way easier and cheaper than buying healthy food.That’s why people tend to consume it more than natural food these days. Such food includes large amounts of sugar, salt, fat which increase the risk of obesity and geart disease. That’s why people tend to consume it more than natural food these days.
Second reason is technological development. People spend most of their time sitting at desks, working on computers, or using smartphones, which leads to a sedentary lifestyle. Many individuals do not engage in regular physical exercise, and this lack of activity contributes to weight gain. In addition, remote work and online entertainment have made people even less active. For example, instead of walking to work or going outside, many prefer to stay indoors and use delivery services. As a result, daily movement has drastically decreased, making it easier for people to gain weight and harder to stay fit.
To sum up, if people continue living the same way, health problems will become even more common in the future. However, we can change our lives by choosing a healthy lifestyle.
