Band 4+: The plans below show a harbour in 2000 and how it looks today. Summarise the information and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The maps illustrate the layout of Porth Harbour in 2000 and the changes introduced in present year.

Overall, it can be seen that Port underwent in several main changes. The principal change was the addition of new sections, and it is modernized by addition of public attractions.

In 2000, the main road is on west side, and it has two road connecting towards right side, one is connected to car park and second is straightly going to lifeboat and carparking. There is one dock for passenger ferries with public beach on right hand side. on the west there is Marina (private yachts) with showers and toilets and carpark. on the southwest there is carpark and fishing boat section or fishers. on the southeast there is castle and small public beach beside lifeboat.

In present, the major change is done in the southeast side. castle is totally replaced with hotel, and now Hotel has owned the private beach for themselves. Additionally, in the north they made two docks for better connectivity of passengers. Fishing boats has exchanged their place with marina and additional shower and toilets is added beside marina with new road connected to main road. beside lifeboat there are cafe and shops. however, public beach on the north remains same.
