The maps illustrate a Porth Harbour in 2000 and how it has developed today. Overall, there are two maps has given and present major changes in Porth harbour between 2000 and today. Through the maps, It is clear that, Porth Harbour is developed in terms of accommodations for tourists and local residents.
In 2000, there were some facilities for car parks and also had restroom and streets, that hasn’t been changed till now. We can also see passenger ferries in the both pictures and some people were discussing about castle and had only one restroom. We didn’t able to get food and beverage service in 2000 and It has been totally improved nowadays but the visitors could reach this place by vehicles.
These days, we can see the major changes in western south and southern east part of Porth because It has been changed from rural part to facilitated area. The numerous people are engaging in cafes and some shops, also having hotel in the same place, where people were discussed to make castle. Some people are planning for hotel in the southern nearby private beach and inhabitants and strangers can get another washroom to be fresh and solve this problem. The place of fishing boats and marina has been replaced now.
