The workers should rest much more longer and work less in a week. I agree that having a long holiday brings a lot of benefits to the workers.
Some people may say that longer holidays lead employees to become lazier and decrease responsibility. But I believe that once people take a break, more efficient will be the working process. For example, if workman get a task to calculate a statistics of the sale during a week, he will not probably try to finish earlier, because of long work week. He will be sure that he has enough time to count a bunch of numbers and papers. Despite the fact that working week will be shorter, I am sure that motivation of long-lasting holidays will encourage people to work effectively and quickly.
Another significant, but not the last advantage of the short working week is the time that employees can spend for themselves. Compared to long full-week job, once people have more time to Self-care, self-education, it as long may effect to the working process. For instance, if a worker does not understand how to manage some documents enough, he can easily learn it during his leisure time at the end of the week, bringing a number of merits to the company, where he works.
In conclusion, I think that shortening the working week have much more benefits that people thought, from an increase of work efficiency to free time to improve yourself for the advantage of the company
