Motivation for work comes from various things, the most influential being money. Money has the power to make or break any individuals’ life. In my opinion, with the power of money, anything could happen in the world. All the reasons and relevanat examples are given in the following paragraphs.
Money can change the way of living for any individual. The major change that happens because of wealth is in the lifestyle of a person and the behaviour of people surrounding them. Whenever a wealthy person is present in a room of middle-class individuals, the presence of the rich alone changes the behaviour of other people around them. Moreover, with money, one can do anything that they want to in their life. Money enables a person to complete every goal and dream of theirs. Money has the capability of making the extreme things possible, for example, if one wants to fly to New York for a meeting, they could book a chartered plane and have not to wait for commercial flights.
Furthermore, people would do anything in their capacity to earn more money. People also take illegal steps in order to make more money than it is possible from earning by just doing their jobs. Additionally, people want their families to experience enery joy in life and also fulfill all their dreams, money plays a very crucial role in achieving that. For instance, rich people could just buy anything they want for their children, while middle-class or poor people have to give everything a significant amount of time before purchasing it.
To sum up, wealth and net worth play a very important role in most peoples’ lives. Even though money has a great influence in ones life, it should not be everything as there are many other more important things like happiness and peace of mind.
