Band 5+: To learn effectively, children need to eat a healthy meal at school. How true is statement? Whose responsibility is it provide food for school children?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Nowadays, almost everyone consider that minors should have healthy meals during the school. However, I’m inclined to believe that this statement is absolutely correct, due to the fact that children spend a lot of time being at educational institutions.

Firstly, children started to visit schools from young ages, so their bodies still not strong enough due to the fact that they are still growing up, as a result, children should have more healthy products in their diet. However, if they started to eat various junk-foods during the days, it may have a huge impact on their health. For instance, students should have an opportunity to buy different healthy snacks such as nuts and dry fruits at their schools.

Secondly, various educational institutions have different systems according to the meal issues. For example, certain schools have their own canteens, where students have a chance to buy a lunch, others just have a possibility to buy snacks in self-service machines, however, schools should provide only healthy goods, due to the fact that children’s brains are work better with products which consist of different kinds of vitamins and nutrients. Also, sometimes parents prepare food for their children in lunch boxes, in fact, not everyone has an opportunity to give their child a healthy lunch, so, i believe, schools should provide their students to eat fit meals during the study days.

Overall, in modern society it is trendy to have a healthy lifestyle, and lots of parents are care about their kids, so I consider that even if students can not bring their lunch at school due to the various reasons, for instance, a lack of time, they always can buy something at their educational places.
