Remote work can provide many advantages for professional and organization as well. Firstly, it provides the flexibility to work in the convenient environment where they can work with more focus. And some of the research also believe that remote work is more productive compared to in office work. It eliminates the transportation cost and other cost for employees. In consider of the previous pandemic people tend to work from due to Covid-19. And it saved many life by avoiding public interactions. It can save money as well as some of the individuals are living far away from office and they can avoid the transportation time and it can be less stressful as well.
However there are ample of negative effects as well. One notable detriment effect is people become more alone and less interactive. In office can make work culture more happening as it has physical interaction and face to face discussion. While often happens that some of the employee may know each other by just name but they never met in real life due to the disappearance of in office work culture. People are facing more anxiety issue and become loner as well. There are many individual who became lazy because it is impossible to supervise the employees who are working from home.
All in all, remote work offers many positive impact such as flexibility, saving the cost of transportation. As well as some of the workers are more productive while they are working in their own environment. In other side some of the employees might face communication issues and mental health problems due to less interaction and they often spend their most of the time in their room. Ultimately each of the individual should focus on work and personal life balance and organization should give preference to hybrid work culture.
