Although drawbacks exist in every aspect, I believe that in this situation there are more benefits in terms of employee morale and privacy.

For example, it would be irrational to read the whole document, especially if it contains more than fifty pages, and time will be wasted. Therefore, it is essential to keep track of the work done, and artificial intelligence can manage that. For instance, an employed person can receive a notification on their device to work on a project, and there is no need to contact them via other means.
