In recent decades, the problem of workplace conflicts has extremely increased. It is known that this issue may lead to different bad causes. This essay will discuss the main causes and effects of this problem and suggest some possible solutions.
There are several reasons why this problem exists. The main cause is that workers face with competition between colleagues. The reason for this is that some people sometimes may feel competitive atmosphere which is lead to arguments or misunderstandings. Another contributing factor is working conditions, for some people it can be uncomfortable to work in the small office or use old computers. Consequently, people lose motivations and productivity and are not able to do their job efficiently.
However, there are measures that can be taken to solve this problem. Firstly, employers should make relaxing atmosphere, where employees do not feel stressed or toxic environment. For all workers should be equal conditions to work, without toxic environment. This would encourage people to work more efficiently, discuss problems together and build stable teamwork. Secondly, employers could introduce a phycologist for a company, who can increase worker’s motivation and productivity. Moreover, phycologist may work with workers who have any conflicts, for decreasing tense situations.
In conclusion, employees conflicts are caused by misunderstanding and lead to many issues which can make work less convenient. Employers should take responsibility for all conflicts and help their employees to solve them.
