Public concern has arisen about whether the punishment should be most severe for the persioneer, and other people may think it is not good to punish someone with capital punishment. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both point of view and give my own opinion on this matter.
On own side of the argument, there are people who argue that the benefits of extreme penalty for a serious crime considerably outweigh the other side. The main reason for believing this is that many people will be influenced by the criminal and they will also become irresponsible about society. It is also possible to say that people will not be afraid to commit crimes if there is not a big penalty for what they did. One good illustration is that politicians who make mistakes will not get proper punishment which will make society to to the same and which will affect the victim.
On the other hand, it is also possible to make an opposing case. It is often argued that the lawbreaker should give his own chance to become a good person, where he will realize his mistake. people often have this opinion because capital punishment like murder will kill one life which is also like a crime. A second point is that the rapist’s family will be affected because of them in the future without them. A particularly good example here is girls who don’t have any relations will be affected without them to survive.
In conclusion, I believe both arguments have their merits. On balance, however, I feel that capital punishment is a good solution, this is because it will help to reduce the crime rate in the future.
