Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about preparations related to our upcoming stay at your hotel.

We should be arriving next Friday, around 5 in the afternoon. However, we will be driving from the countryside during rush hour, as such, we might be facing some slight delays on the road. Our current plan is to leave on Sunday Morning, however, we might extend for another night depending on work obligations.

We are a family of four, including two young children, so we will be needing two bedrooms that are adjoined for supervision of the kids. How much should we expect to pay for the entire weekend, and are there any special rates for kids?

What facilities do you have in the hotel, are there any playgrounds or projection rooms for the kids. Also, could you recommend some nearby sites to visits, or even restaurants for a late night dinner.
