First of all, when a batch of potatoes arrive at manufacturer unit of potato chips. Then checking the best quality of potatoes by hand picking, which is transfer to washer under high pressure water for removed dirt on the potatoes. After that they pass into peeler for peels and start under cold rinse water, then peel potato travel through a bucket conveyor belt for slicing in the slicer chamber. Then potatoes arrive on flat bed conveyor under air for deep fryer.
