The largest share of the budget was spent on salaries, and the same amount of money was used for buildings and transport in both years. On the contrary, the small amount of money went to technology.

The largest amount of funding was provided by the national government, at 175,5 million and 177,8 million in 2017 and 2018, respectively. The part of the budget from other sources was 38 million and 38,5 million in 2017 and 2018. The total amount of money from all three sources was higher in 2018 than in 2017. It was 304,7 million in 2017 and 318,6 million in 2018.

In 2017, 75 percentages of the budget were spent on officer and staff salaries, while in 2018, this index dropped to 69 percentages. The lowest share of consumption in both years were on technology – 8 percentages in 2017 and 14 percentages in 2018. In addition, construction and transportation expenditure remained the same in both years 17 percentage.
