Unfortunately, I am writing this letter in regard of my experience about my order in your store. I have been ordered some of the item in your catalouge and i was felt unsatisfied.

First and foremost, I have ordered some item in your last catalouge a dress, I purchase white color and have painted in front of, and size M for the dress

Therefore this problem about wrong size and color. My order visit these day but when I am checking I was unfavorable because that problem. but for this dress I got a wrong size, as the information size detail on a picture.

I truly disappointed with your service. Therefore, I am requesting you to refund the money that I have paid. because I got a wrong size this dress. So I need my money back.
