Overall, it can be seen that Slovakia accounted for the most in both years, while the opposite is true for Greece. Additionally, the percentages of using fuel increased in Italy and France, whereas Spain experienced a slight decline.
In detail, Slovakia was the highest in 2009, with about 9% which is then decreased significantly to about 6.5% in 2010. However, despite a considerable decrease it remained the most popular region in both years. By contrast, Italy, France and Greece rose considerably after 1 year. Italy, which showed roughly 4.5%, had grown to over 5% by 2010. France and Greece, increasing from slight amount of 3.5% and 1% , then constituted just over 4% and 2% by the end of the given period.
On the other hand, Australia remained unchanged in both years, showing around 5% which was similar with EU average in 2010. In addition, Greece, experienced a growth to 1%, making up the least proportion, compared to other remaining countries.
