These days it is undeniable that a considerable number of individuals feel insecure not only when they are staying outside but also when they are at their residence. In this essay, however, I will discuss the main causes of this issue, along with some effective solutions that could mitigate its impact.
One of the most significant reasons associated with this problem is rising crime day by day. Nowadays, a significant portion of the population is facing unemployment, which often leads to frustration and ultimately results in drug addiction, especially among the youth. Due to a lack of job opportunities and inadequate vocational training, many young people remain idle after completing their education. Consequently, these unemployed youths often experience feelings of frustration and hopelessness, which can lead them to negative influences and easily fall into destructive habits such as drug addiction or involvement in crimes.
From my standpoint, both the governments and families play crucial roles in tackling this issue. First and foremost, parents should spend more quality time with their children and provide moral guidance so that they could understand the difference between right and wrong. Moreover, on a larger scale, governments need to create employment training programs and invest in youth development projects to provide better opportunities. If these initiatives are implemented properly, unemployment, drug addiction, and other youth-related problems will be greatly reduced.
In conclusion, even though youth unemployment and drug addiction are the root causes of this mentioned problem due to educational deficiencies and lack of community support, I certainly consider that the government and families are in the best position to address this issue.
