The main reason for students to do MBA is creating better job opportunities at 65%, followed by ability to do better job and personal development at 15% and 12% respectively. Finally, ability to help others shows the least percentage at 8%.
As for hiring process, the personality and knowledge of workers are highly valued by employers and approximately 25% of bosses hire candidates according to those qualities. While the ability to connect with others and presentation/appearance are less important at 20%, qualifications are the least popular criteria in hiring process at 10%.
