There are some individuals who think juveniles should have the right to choose their own careers while others believe they need to be reasonable and consider their future. From my perspective, although young people must consider their passion when they want to choose a job, nowadays the economic situation makes this decision way more important and sensitive than just following their will. (there is no room for a mistake)
On the one hand, it is unnegotiable when we want to puesu a career we must pay attention to our interests because we want to do that job mostly for our entire life almost every they so it is important to enjoy doing that. For example, when I was about to choose my career I followed my dream and went to an art university and finally became a painter. Now not only do I work for the sake of financial purposes but also I enjoy every second of that. this made my job so easy. Despite this, I believe choosing your job only based on your interests is not a wise thing to do and you may encounter problems in the future.
On the other hand, in these days conditions the first aim of having a job is for the financial aspects of that. some jobs are facing saturation of the labor market to be more specific there are more experts than (free positions for them ) opportunities in that job. Meanwhile, some jobs have many job positions and there is not enough workforce for them. So if we wisely choose our career we will be more successful. For instance, as I mentioned before l chose to become I painter but my salary can not meet my needs since I am self-employed (I work freelanced). also, I do not have a fixed income or fringe benefit (perks). Therefore, l think choosing a job is one of the most important decisions in everyone’s life which we will face its consequences in next years of our life and it cannot be just out of interest.
In conclusion, when youths want to get a job they should consider their interest to satisfy their ego however I believe they have to consider other important factors such as good opportunity and the future of that job first. In order to avoid future regrets
