The flow chart depicts how to make soft cheese through different stages.
Overall it is clear that this procedure is linear and has to undergo different temperatures to reach to final product. The process consists of 5 stages, each stage takes plenty of time before the next steps and the thickness of the liquid increases over the progress.
Looking at the diagram more closely, one can see that to make cheese, a compound includes water and milk is produced at the first step. In the next stages, the mixture is put under a temperature of 5 centigrade for cooling in 2 hours before undergoing another two hours for fermentation, this stage requires heating at 35 celsius.
Next, the temperature is increased to 100 Celsius for the dehydration process in 8 hours, water in the compound is evaporated and there is a rent to release the waste water outside. In the final stage, cheese is filtered to make it soft after cooling down at 5 centigrade which takes 16 hours.
