In todays day everybody have own thinks about everything. For example about competition at work at school and daily life. Others prefer on the contrary we need cooperate more rather than competing against each other. This essay will discuss about both perspectives before presenting my own view.
Who support competition encourages to work hard and they try keep success. Firstly in school, people perform better when they are competing. Also in workplaces, when they are competing each other their company’s economy could increace income.As a result,many belives that helped them for personal development and essential progress. On other hand, many people prefer that cooperation better results. For instance in modern companys use sometimes team-project where depend on relationships rather indvidual competition.In universitet and schools students try develop their communication and leadership skills.
In my opinion competition help reach purpose than other cooperation supports long term. When people work together they can combine their force and achieve to great result.Personnaly,i believe balance between them is ideal. But competition should prioritized in most situations.
