The above diagram illustrates the proccess of manufacturing instant noodles. There are 8 steps taken to achieve the final product. Machinery plays a major role in manufacturing of instant noodles.
Firstly, flour is brought to the factory using trucks and loaded into storage silos. stored flour is then transferred into the factories proccessing unit, where it is mixed with water and oil using a mixer. After that the mix is made into dough sheets using rollers.
Step 4 is where the dough sheets are made into dough strips. These strips are made into noodle discs and be the final form of the noodle that will be palced into the cups. Said discs will be cooked using oil and immediately dried. The dried discs will then be transferred to the labelling section while spices and vegetables been added along the way. After the labelling is complete, the noodle cup will be sealed and be ready for delivery.
