Dear hotel manager,
My name is Fariba and I was staying in your hotel last week of August 2024. I came to London to attend my company international annual meeting and I had an important presentaion in that event. For my stay I selected to be in your hotel but unfortunately, I did not find it satisfactory. I am writing this email to report the issue I faced with.
The night before my presentaion, while I needed to take rest and get ready for it, there was a lot of noise in the downstair which was from a wedding cermony in the main salon of the hotel. I even asked the coordinator to assist but they said this is a wedding and they could not do anything. So, I was left with a headache and had a bad sleep at that night which had negative effects on my work.
I believe you need to take some actions like insullating the windows or limiting the hours of this type of events. I hope you consider this feeback and try to figure it out for future.
