The presented diagram illustrates the process of how tomato ketchup is manufactured .
Overall it could be seen that production of tomato ketchup consists of 14 stages by which tomatoes that are picked and put into baskets before being packed into tomato bottles and supplied to the resturants.
According to the first stage ,the tomatoes are picked from the plants by labours and put into baskets and separated the good and bad tomatoes and delivered them to the factory.Then seeds and skin are separated from tomatoes and keep them in a container. After crushing them in a container ,the sugar, venegar and salt is added in the mixture and then the mixture is boiled on the fire and left that paste for 2 hours just to get a moderate temperature of that mixture . After getting cooled ,that paste is poured into bottles and then labeled that bottles. The bottles are passed from quality control secton and packed in cardboard box .After this process,the ketchup bottles are deliver to the restaurant through truck.Finally, this product is ready to eat with different dishes especially with fries and hamburger.
