The bar chart presents percentage of genders academic staff members according to the sections of a university in 2012.

Overall, in the engineering male percentage is higher, In Contract, female percentage is more in education . Even more, the lowest percentage in education is male dominance, and in engineering female is the low one .

Firstly, in engineering male is the highest rate approximately 85 percent, In contract, the lowest percentage through the year is female around 19 percent. The same as in education the female percentage rate is around 77 and the least 23 percent rate in male .

On the other hand, art and medicine females have a 55 and 56 percent rate than males 43 and 50 percent. Although, In Business, Law and science males have 61,60 and 62 percent, then females 35, 40 and 38 percent .

To conclude, according to the graph medicine is only one which shows the 2 percent difference, Furthermore others faculties have high difference percentage rate.
