Overall, while the number of class hours fluctuated over the given period, students satisfaction tended to decline,and it is evident that dissatisafaction rosed significantly.
In 2000,students attended 20 hours of class per week.At that time, one third of students were highly satisfied,while similiar proportion reported being satisfied,and dissatisfaction was relatively low, at around 20 percent.
By 2005,lesson hours had increased to 25 hours per week.While satisfaction reached its peak,accounting for 60 percent,compared to 2000,the high satisfaction had slightly decreased and stood at 20 percent and dissatisafaction demonstrated similiar fall to 20 percent.
In contrast,in 2010, compared to previous years, the class hour declined to 10 hours per week. Furthermore,majority of undergraduates experienced dissatisfaction, and it exhibited the highest indicator with 70 percent,whereas satisfied and highly satisfied students were around 20 and 10 percent.
