Nowadays, people go through extreme difficulties in choosing a career for themselves. Some people choose their career earlier while some change it frequently. However, I believe that those choosing careers earlier in their lives are more jubilant than those who very often change it.
Choosing an earlier career in one’s life leads to psychological and mental relaxation. Due to this, they are more goal-oriented and have clarity of vision which makes them achieve their goals earlier. But, on the other hand, people who change their careers frequently are disoriented and have no clarity of vision which creates impediments in achieving one’s aims. Once they cannot achieve their aims, they fall into anxiety, depression, and other kinds of psychological problems which ultimately destroy their lives. For instance, many people worldwide are suffering from psychological problems because of no clarity about their careers which in turn is impacting their lives.
However, people who again and again change their careers are more resilient to working during tough times. They know different fields and even if they are terminated from one job, they have ample of opportunities to work in other fields. However, they have fewer opportunities to climb up the financial ladder because they have limited knowledge about that field which hampers their success. Therefore, the people who stick to one career path in their earlier lives are more successful and satiated than those who change it often.
In conclusion, although there are some advantages to changing jobs; however, opting for one career path is more satisfactory in the long run as it saves people not only from psychological and mental distress but also provides clarity of vision in achieving one’s goals.
