Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in purchasing a house in Perth City, Australia.

I recently accepted a job offer from a leading Australian company, and my family and I will be relocating to Perth on August 12, 2025. We are a family of four with a fifteen-year-old and a four-month-old-baby. My wife is an accountant, and she will be seeking employment in Perth.

We are looking for a furnished two-bedroom apartment with access to amenities, such as a fitness centre and a swimming pool. Our budget is up to $400,000 inclusive of taxes. If you are aware of any properties that seller want to sell it quickly within the coming month, please let me know, as we are looking to purchase a property as soon as possible after arrival.

Our preferred location is Perth City, with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurant, and a shopping centre. If there is no suitable property available in that location, the South Perth area would be our second choice.
