In a lot of states, it is usually habit for families to have their own businesses. Some humans guess this is better way to development business, however others consider this a potential source of issues. I agree with the former view as family members trust each other and decision will be made that benefit the entire family.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that family business consider potential source of issues. One of the main reasons can be that business disputes can lead to family conflicts because issues become subjective rather than objective. Due to in every type of business has it’ s own problem situations and such status can interfere family’ s environment. Therefore family business should run on private way. Another reason can be that there might be a bias toward promoting family members ahead of non – related staff. Because household members make a mistake something, if they do not trust each other this household may divorce.
