The table below illustrates the percentage of females involved in senior management in three different positions: Eldan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd, Finsbury Ltd between 1975 and 2015.
Overall, the amount of participants has increased significantly in all the companies through the given period. Eldan showed an enormous growth in comparison of each figure, while Bamforth was on the second place in popularity. Finsbury wasn’t as good and held the last place.
Initially, companies started with small percentage of woman involved. Eldan accounted only 3% in 1975 and remained stable until 1980, when it started to grow unexpectedly. In 1985 it reached 14% and continued raising for 30 years. In 2015 it picked with 67% of woman involved.
Similarly, Bamforth witnessed an upward trend and was the second leader. In 1990 it increased almost twice from 9% in 1975 to 15%. Finally , it came to 46% of participants in 2015.
Finsbury started with the highest percentage of woman in senior management in 1975, but expended slightly in comparison of each company. In 2015 it had only 26%.
