With the developing in science and technology, mankind achieved mostly full automation in the work field. And many people doubt the importance of creativity and innovations in the modern days. I believe that this is not a problem, but quite the opposite.
Automation is the biggest achievement of present time. It increases performance and efficiency in many fields of industry and more. However, the human participation in the work process is significantly diminishing. That fact raised doubts in important of creativity for employees nowadays. If almost all work is done by machines, there is no need in mankind’s creative and innovative thoughts, but this is wrong way of thinking.
Machine automation takes just routine aspect of human’s work. There is a lot of space for development and further innovations. Moreover, if automation deals with only daily actions, people can concentrate on other more important things, such as strategizing and problem solving.
Instead of thinking about automation as a threat to creativity, it should be seen as complementary relationship. For example, the one who uses machines right, will have more profit, than the other who denies the convenient of automation.
In conclusion, it is right to say that creativity is the catalyst for innovations and technology development and machine automations do not belittle role of creativity in todays work space.
