To whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well. As you know I recently bought an unpacked laptop from your store and expected it to run well. Unfortunately, after a couple minutes of working, the laptop suddenly turned off.

The laptop was intended for programming and making projects that include a powerful load on the components of a laptop. The type of laptop that I purchased was one of the most unique options. It also had separate functions that were responsible for execution complex problems.

As I wrote before, the laptop could not ensure a comfortable working with it, consistently turned off the laptop and external tasks. In the BIOS, the detailed information about the graphics card is unavailable. From my point of view, that is the reason why my new laptop cannot load simple tasks.

I would be really grateful if you could replace my laptop on a different one. That will be much convenient instead of looking for the problem that cause the missing of graphics card.
