The illustration demonstrates the process of producting instant noodles.
This process consists of 8 steps. Start with raw materrials stored in silos and final when labeled and sealed noodle cups ready for distribution.
Regarding the first four stages, the flour is keeped in big storage silos that called places to keep so that it can be used later in the factory. In the next stage, the flour is delivered to mixer, where combined with water and oil to make dough. This mix is then processed through rollers to create flat dough sheets and after that, is cut into thin dough strips. This strips are shaped into round noodle discs before cookded in oil and dried to remove moisture, this ensures they have long shelf life.
Concerning the remaining stages, dried noodles are placed into cups and vegetables and spices are added to complete the mael components then cups passed through to the labelling and sealing, where they receive product information labels and be hermetically sealed to maintain freshness. In the final stages, sealed cups are transferred to conveyor belts where they be collected for storage and shipment.
