dear Sir,

I am writing to ask if you would be so kind to provide some information regarding your hotel.

My family and I are traveling to spend a weekend and planning to arrive on Friday 11th of October at 7 pm and will check out 12 October in the late afternoon at 4 pm, if possible.

Could you please provide details about your accommodations available during this period of time? there are three of us, my wife and I and our 8 years old son and we would like to book a room with one double bed and one separate bed. We would also prefer the room with the better view for example view of the garden if it can be done.

Please let me know how much it will cost for two days and also if the whether the price includes anything extra like breakfast.

I would also appreciate any advise about areas for outdoor activities and dining place with the traditional food.

I hope that my request will not inconvenience you too much.
