While some people believe that the government is ought to invest in retraining programs for employees, others believe that government should be fully focused on encoraging innovation and entrepreneurship to provide people with job places. On one hand, the notion of retraining the current programs is an effective one due to the large number of already educated residents who, otherwise, will be compelled to educate again for another not endangered by AI job. On the other hand, AI is a tool with endless opportunities which could assist people with dull and vital jobs, whereas people could engage entrepreneurship and new programs they are interested in. In my view, the most viable option is to retrain programs to keep people’s job without the need to restudy.
