The debate over people always stay focused in the worlforce beacuse of money is an old one. A vast section of society believes that several reasons behind people always stay focused to workforce but the most important one is money. It has been observed that financial benefits are the strongest motivation.mpletely disagree/agree with the given point of view. In my discourse further, I will discuss the idea that is in favour of my belief.
Firstly, money encourages people to remain in their jobs because it helps them meet all their essential needs and maintain a comfortable lifestyle. This is because a stable income allows individuals to pay for food, housing, education and medical expenses without financial stress. For example, many employees in big cities continue in demanding jobs mainly because their salaries enable them to manage high living costs and support their families effectively.
Secondly, money motivates individuals to stay in the workforce because it provides long term security and future stability. This is due to the fact that higher earnings allow people to save for retirement, invest in property and secure their children’s education. For instance, many professionals remain in the same organisation for several years because the financial benefits help them build savings and achieve important life goals.
To conclude, money plays a central role in encouraging people to remain in the workforce. I strongly believe that financial reward is the most important incentive, as it is not only essential for meeting daily needs but also crucial for ensuring long-term security and stability.
