In your letter thank the manager and his staff give some particular examples of why you enjoyed your stay at the hotel so much explain that you have written a review of the hotel on a popular website for tourists You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I wanted to thank you and your entire staff for making my stay in your hotel last week. I was so tired and needed relaxing time to calm my mind as well as relax my body.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the way your front desk staff greated me, I felt so welcoming. Not only the front desk employees, but also, the room service and spa employees made me feel like a king. Services provided by the spa staff was amazing and the best part was, they explianed first what service options they have and which service will give what kind of benefits.

Moreover, staff who helped me to transport my luggage from the front desk to the room and then during check out back to the car was amazing. They didn’t even accept any tips, stating they are getting paid well and if any guest wanted to tip them, they would prefer it to be donated to someone in need by the guest.

I have put a review on Makemytrip.com and shared my experience. So that people can get to know where they can get an out standing service.
