Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my appreciation about a service you gave me last weekend. I enjoyed ever had.

I would like to thank your manager how he guides me. Actually, he shows me a comfortarable room to stay, which is well dressed and full of cleaning. I also appreciate the smart staff waiters you have, they served us with fresh food such as delicious seafood, local dishes, and sweet coconut juice. Moreover, I am pleased to thank you again for the extra activities you offer with free of charge, such as beach volleyball, to ride a boat across the Lake, and walking in the park to explore new species of animals.

I would also to inform you that I have written a review of the hotel on various popular website for tourists for example on twitter, youtube, instagram, facebook and on my own vulog website.

Thank you for your service. I look forward to come back at your incredible hotel.
