Few individuals believe that there should be fixed punishments for every kind of crime. Despite this, some argue that there should be punishment also included in the way in which criminal motivates and the crime stage for which he is going for punishment. As far as my concerned, i think every criminal must face law according to what type of crime they commit like murder and robbery.
One perspective on this issue is that, mostly inhabitants are in this favour that there should be fixed punishments on every time crime. Like if someone commit robbery and second do murder, there should be equal penalty for them. Therefore, robbery is not as much crucial crime as robbery. For example, In Nigeria, which is famous for their unlawful conduct. There every person should face equal punishment no what type of crime of any person commit. He should be given life in prison. Therefore, united nations imposed a sanction on this, this country do not trade with other countries, which is also detrimental for people who live there and have best minds.
On the other hand, a significant number of people who hold this view is that, everybody should face according to what type of crime they commit. In particular, if someone carry out a robbery, they should be face punishment according their type of crime. For instance, In Spain, criminals faces penalties according to their type of crime. Like if someone did a murder. They face penalty according to the law. Therefore, Spain do not face any restrictions from other states.
In conclusion, i strongly believed, that every criminal should face penalty by the type of crime that he commit, not face fixed punishments as other high profiles criminals face in court.
