The process chart depicts the multistages production of pears as canned fruits.
Looking from an overall perspective, it can be readily seen that this process has 14 stages, commencing with hand picking and ending up with dispatched.
First of all, Ripe pears are picked by hands and transported to factories for manufacturing. After transportation, pears are washed with the assistant of water to remove dirty substances and then checked for quality.Next, Good pears are cooled in storage to maintain their freshness. Then pears are weighted and graded into deprived grades. Following this, the pears are peeled before slicing them and cores are also removed.
In the next step, these cored and sliced pears are put in cans and sealed before being cooked. This also sterilizing the cans filled with pears. After this, the cans are labeled and stored and finally dispatched to the supermarkets for sale.
