I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the laptop Macbook E5, order number VN 98812CF, that I ordered from the e-commerce platform CellphoneS on 30 October, 2025.
To my dismay, the laptop not only arrived malfunctioning, with a scratched screen and a defective cooling system, but also later than expected. I hoped to receive the laptop on 5 November, 2025, but it was delivered 5 days later than promised. These issues caused a great deal of frustration as I was unable to use it for my study and had to resort to my IPad, which was really inconvenient to access and update my online study materials.
Given the circumstances, I request a full refund or a replacement and hope that this situation will never occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution.
