Dear Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction, as I opted your airline for my vacation trip to Thailand(AIR VISTARA- BZ7890), Unfortunately, my whole suitcase got damaged due to mishandling. Although, the efficient customer service and swift booking process were commendable, the condition I received the suitcase was disappointing.
Despite choosing the premium luggage protection service, I received my suitcase completely non-usable. This bag was a memorable gift from my late uncle and it’s frustrating to see it in this condition due to pure negligence. The luggage bag was also having so many cracks and scratches which makes it evident that it was not handled without care. The belonging inside the bag is missing which adds more trouble to the problem. I never expected such an experience from a reputable company like yours.
Given these circumstances, I recommend providing a fair compensation for the loss I had. I trust your company will uphold its commitment towards customer satisfaction and address this matter without any delays.
