Dear Sir or Madam,

This is Olivia Adams, and I am writing this letter to express my concern about the statement which I received your side. Unfortunately on that statement there was a list of purchases that I did not make it.

As I mentionThis Olivia Adams, one of you reliable customer for more than 15 years. I used from my Discover credit card since I graduaged from high school. Last week I received an email that was shooked me and There was a long list of purchases which I did not make it.

The lists which you delivered me is inclouding buying a computer with a value of 1,000$, TV with a cost of 5,00$ and finally a washing machine whcih a bout 4,00$. They are really costy and I cannot afford any of them.

I would therefore like to request you to refund my money as I did not make it .
