In contrast, the Masters science remained the same from 1980 to 2008. Meanwhile, first degree arts made up a quarter of worker’s degree in 1980. However, this figure decreased to 11% in 2008.
With regards to Masters arts, the proportion of workers with this degree increased slightly, 12% in 1980 and 13% in 2008. PhD arts in turn demonstrated rise, 2% in 1980 and 7% in 2008 respectively. However, the proportion for First degree arts declined from 19% in 1980 to 19% in 2008.
