Nowadays, people have grown a tendency of having a temporary job for only few months in a year, so that they can spend more time with their families or cherish hobbies. Though there are multiple drawbacks of this is practice, its advantages outweigh all other disadvantages.
There are several benefits of working for a time period in a year. One of the significant aspects is that, people can spend more time with their families. As we are living in a modern age, it is much harder for us to manage specific time for our families. If people work for few months in year, they will be able to spend a great time with their parents and children, which will help to create an inseparable bond among family members. Another reason to support the idea is that, people can remove stress from their life and will not feel monotonous in their day to day life. It is seen that, continuous work makes our life dull and boring, which leads us toward depression or mental stress. But, if we take a break after working for a time period, we will feel much refreshment and will be able to eradicate mental pressure.
In addition, people can be more creative, if they get proper time for themselves. By working for few months in a year, they will be able to learn new skills in the rest of the year. It not only allows people to be more creative but also to gather new experiences. For instance, if a person utilise his time properly by learning new things that may help him to find better jobs in future, he will be highly benefited by this. Moreover, people may lead a healthy and joyful life if they manage to use their valuable time properly.
In conclusion, the tendency of doing temporary jobs may be helpful for us, if we understand the significance of it. Therefore, I would like to reiterate that, inspite of having some drawbacks, its positive effects surpass all other shortcomings.
