In modern times, individuals become independent and attempt to avoid dependency , especially it seems in young generations. For this reason, the demand of self-employment has escalated day by day compared to work for a company or organisation. This phenomenon has merits as well as demerits. In the following paragraphs, I shall discuss both advantages and disadvantages and I firmly that the advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages.
Admittedly, the changed from depended work to freedom work is a positive sign. To begin with, it improves confidence and trust over ownself which lead to a successful career. Our new generations are very energetic and eager to doing something in own way. Moreover, they hate depended aspects. For example, running to others for a job, which reduce their selfrespect. Self concious people often feel themselves as a owner in their own business, whether it small or big. It helps them to become responsible and create a wide social network.
On the other hand, this trend also has some drawbacks. Firstly, due to some misunderstandings with customers and clients they have to face difficulties especially at the begging. Furthermore, it takes ages to establishe, in which they suffer from dipression, frustration, loneliness, struggling until reach success. It is note that, during their struggling noone support them, which is not desireable, and in companies and organization there is no such problems, which is good. In addition, in a company anyone can easily secure a position, whereas in self-employment, individuals find it hard. Another drawback is, they are introduced loss profit.
To conclude, although self depended work carries some problems, its benefits are far more important. Because, they can work more effectively by their one way and overall productivity can raise, but emotional support and problem overcoming ability also be needed to make it more efficient.
