I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the training course recently provided by your company, which I attended together with several colleagues.
Unfortunately, the course was not informative and did not deliver the content that was advertised. The material presented was largely irrelevant and failed to correspond to the stated topic of the training. As a result, participants gained very little practical knowledge, and the time spent on the course was unproductive.
Furthermore, the instructor’s teaching methods were ineffective. The sessions lacked clear structure, and explanations were often unclear. In addition, the instructor’s level of professional experience did not meet our expectations, which further reduced the overall quality of the training.
We chose this course because the topic was highly relevant to our work and expected a well-organized and valuable learning experience. Regrettably, the course did not meet these expectations and did not justify the time or money invested.
In view of the above issues, I kindly request a full refund of the course fee. I believe this would be a reasonable resolution given that the service provided did not match what was promised.
