I would like to express my gratitude for organizing the training for my company. It definetely was a great experience to be trained by you.

However, there is some several room for improvement that you can enhance in the next training. Our training is about How to Upgrade Leadership Skills, but somehow, you didn’t show the aspect of “how” or “what to improve”. Your training seems very text book and not even practical. In my opinion, your training doesn’t meet the expectations of how should I get to improve my leadership skills.

In my opinion, you should benchmark with other trainers to learn how to improve your materials, public speaking and confidence.
