There is an ongoing debate over the best method for reading news. While some argue that newspapers are the most effective approach to reading the news, I agree with those who believe that other media is better.
Admittedly, it could be argued that newspapers are more reliable rather than other media. Newspapers are written by professional journalists and editors, so the information is more accurate and trustable. Another reason is that newspapers are often provide more detailed and well-structured reports. Unlike online platforms, which often focus on short headlines and brief summaries, newspapers provide background information and expert opinions.
Despite these arguments, I side with those who believe that web-based services are the best way for reading since they are available anytime and anywhere which is good for people especially for those whose life is very hectic. With smart phones and internet access it is convenient and also digital media fits better into modern world. Another reason is that they are far more efficient in delivering news quickly. Whereas newspapers are published once a day and later they might become outdated, online portals and social media report latest news or events as soon as they come out.
In conclusion, although the newspapers are well-established and well-structured, I am convinced that digital platforms are the best way to reading news as they are accessible regardless of time and location and facilitate faster news distribution.
