Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my profound disapointment in your service. Three weeks ago i ordered a smart watch from your online shop, it was meant for my little niece’s birthday which was two days ago. I was supposed to receive it 3 days after confirming my order , yet to my surprise i have not received it yet.
I tried explaining this situation through an email i have sent last week but you did not answer my complain. I find this behaviour to be quite unprofessional and frustrating.
Since i am a loyal customer of yours, i am giving you one last chance. I expect my smart watch to be here by tomorrow, if not i would like a total refund.
