Some people are convinced that the loss of specific species in nature is the most pressing environmental problem nowadays, while others argue that there are more significant environmental issues. Although both statements seem true, I believe that the disappearance of natural species is the most essential problem of all time.
On the one hand, there are a lot of various environmental problems such as global warming or air pollution, and each problem requires a solution. Although humanity tries to deal with all these problems, mankind misses most of them. The only reason why all those problems are not the most crucial is the fact that nature can be restored. Despite all the problems, humanity actively tries to protect the environment. For example, all countries in the world aim to convert renewable energy sources into the main energy source, whereas some countries in Europe have already succeeded in doing so.
On the other hand, although the loss of many species may lead to serious problems like a violation in the food chain, the destruction of ecosystems represents the largest danger to nature. It’s caused by the fact that the disappeared species can’t be brought back. That’s why people are trying to save as many species as possible. For example, in all countries in the world, endangered species are protected by the government. They are located in special places called “parks” far away from people.
In conclusion, although there are a lot of crucial issues in the world, I believe that the disappearance of particular species should receive the most attention, as the largest problem of our time.
